BCL was established in 1996 and since then has provided a comprehensive service to HCRW generators, including safe containment, legislation-compliant transportation and licenced disposal of all categories of HCRW.

BCL owns and operates the only licenced incinerator plant in the Western Cape. BCL also owns and operates a first world microwave facility, currently the only one in South Africa.
Thus we are able to treat all types of waste in-house without
sub-contracting.
